1. General Terms
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 500tk platform and the user. 500tk is an online betting and gaming platform providing services to users in Bangladesh. 2. Eligibility & Age Requirement
To open an account and use 500tk's services, you must meet the following conditions:

3. Account Registration
3.1 Account Creation Rules
Each person may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts, or operating more than one account from the same household or address, may be considered suspicious and subject to investigation. You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration.
The name, mobile number, and payment method details provided on the account must be consistent with one another. Accounts created with false information will be terminated immediately, and any funds held in such accounts may be forfeited.
3.2 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Never share your password with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact 500tk support immediately. 500tk will not be liable for any loss resulting from failure to protect your account security.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules
Funds can be deposited into 500tk only through the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (for each method). Use the mobile number registered on your account when making a deposit — funds may not be credited if a different number is used.
Deposited funds are generally added to your account instantly. If there is a delay for any reason, contact support with your payment reference number.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the prior deposit. Withdrawal funds will be sent to the mobile number registered on the account. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
Before processing a withdrawal, 500tk may ask you to complete an identity verification (KYC) process. A copy of your national ID card or passport may be required for verification. This process is in place to prevent money laundering and to protect users.
5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
500tk offers new members a 100% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,000. Depositing ৳12,000 or more gives you the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳17,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. The calculation is based only on the bonus amount — not the deposited amount. Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means you must complete ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 in bets before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
Bonus usage conditions:
- Wagering requirements must be met within the specified time limit after receiving the bonus.
- The contribution of the bonus towards wagering may vary depending on the game or section.
- Wagering must be completed before attempting to withdraw the bonus or close the account.
- A bonus is applicable only once per account.
- If bonus abuse is found, the bonus may be cancelled and the account may be suspended.
500tk reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
6. Betting Rules
6.1 Bet Acceptance
A bet is considered final only when a confirmation message is displayed by the system. If a bet is not confirmed due to a technical issue or loss of connection, it will not be considered accepted.
6.2 Result Determination
The outcome of any betting event will be determined based on official sources and announcements from the relevant authority. In the event of any dispute over a result, 500tk's decision will be considered final.
6.3 Incorrect Odds
If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical or human error, 500tk reserves the right to void the bet or reassess it at the correct odds. The user will be informed accordingly.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 500tk:
- Operating multiple accounts by the same individual or a coordinated group.
- Placing artificial bets or abusing bonuses with the intention of exploiting bonus benefits.
- Conducting transactions through the account to facilitate money laundering or illegal activities.
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the system or attempting to hack it.
- Attempting to access another person's account or steal their information.
- Match fixing or betting based on insider information.
- Using automated bots or software to place bets.
- Harassment or fraudulent behaviour towards other users.
Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account termination, the account balance may be forfeited, and legal action may be taken where applicable.
8. Account Suspension & Termination
8.1 Suspension by 500tk
500tk reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account for the following reasons:
- Violation of these Terms.
- If fraudulent or suspicious activity is identified.
- If documents requested for identity verification are not provided.
- If the account has been inactive for an extended period.
8.2 Closure by the User
A user may close their account at any time. A request to close the account can be made by contacting support. Any available balance may be withdrawn before closing the account, provided that wagering requirements have been met.
9. Privacy & Security
500tk uses SSL encryption technology to keep all personal and financial information secure. The information you provide will be used for service delivery, identity verification, and fulfilling legal obligations.
